FAQ
The terms without small-print theatre.
What is a production unit?
One unit is a finished page, a substantial content refresh, or a scoped technical release. A brief-only task is usually half a unit; a larger technical release can use two. We agree the unit cost before work starts, so scope never disappears into hours.
Does each package include the one before it?
Yes. Build includes every Advisory deliverable. Operate includes everything in Build. The higher tier adds capacity, cadence, and responsibility; it does not remove the basics.
Why does Build and Operate start with 90 days?
The first month establishes access, measurement, the working backlog, and the release loop. A 90-day starting block gives enough time to ship, observe, and improve the system instead of selling a one-month audit disguised as a retainer.
Are the value-stack figures a discount claim?
No. They are conservative standalone scope references for the same deliverables, shown so you can compare the bundle with buying each item separately. The commercial fee is the package price, not a temporary discount.
Can the Custom AI sprint become a larger build?
Yes, but only in separately approved sprints. The fixed sprint stays narrow: one workflow, one acceptance test, and a clean handoff. A larger system is phased rather than hidden behind an open-ended estimate.
Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?
No. I guarantee an agreed scope, visible evidence, and shipped work. Search demand, competition, product quality, and implementation speed remain real constraints, so I do not sell a ranking guarantee.
Bring the bottleneck. I will tell you the smallest scope that can solve it.
A focused 20-minute call to identify the constraint, choose the smallest useful scope, and decide whether I am the right person to ship it.
